1、 Production process flow of PC steel wire production line
Raw material entry inspection → acid pickling, rust removal, and phosphating → drawing and forming → stabilization and stress relief treatment → finished product inspection and packaging.
The process of drawing and forming → stabilizing and stress relief includes the following steps:
Linear continuous wire laying frame → First wire drawing → Second wire drawing → Third wire drawing → Nth wire drawing → Forming → Medium frequency induction heating and water cooling → Tension device → Traction → Cutting → Wire collection.

1. Raw material: 72B (72MnA) to 82B (82MnA)
2. Raw material measurement: φ 8mm~ φ 15mm
3. Main products: φ 10mm- φ 4mm prestressed round steel wire, spiral ribbed steel wire or three sided scored steel wire;
4. Performance indicators: Meet the national standard of "GB/T 5223.3-2005 Steel Wire for Pre stressing Concrete"
5. Speed: 120-150m/min（ φ 7mm screw ribbed) 160-200m/min（ φ 7mm smooth surface)
